It’s spring, and we’re jonesing for some sunny days and time outside. And since all that fresh air is going to make us hungry, we’re also looking for fresh spring recipes – infused, of course! We did a little digging for a quick, easy, amazing cannabis-infused recipe, and we’re proud to bring you this one courtesy of the 420 Foodie Club. Trust us – you need this cannabis-infused pesto in your life.
- 1 bunch Italian parsley
- 8 sprigs fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup infused extra virgin olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor to combine, and enjoy over a plate of fresh pasta or zucchini noodles. Divine! If you don’t have any infused olive oil on hand, don’t panic – here’s an easy recipe to help.
